Click and Collect
We’re very excited to be reopening our Click and Collect service for those who are located within the 10km radius.

Please note the following session information:
There are some things for you to consider:

You still need to abide by the government requirements and restrictions in place

You cannot travel more than 5km from your home

You must still wear a face mask and practise physical distancing

Please do not bring children with you to your appointment if you can avoid it.

The same simple booking process

All orders, placed using the below steps, must be completed 48 hours before the booked session.
STEP ONE

STEP TWO
Choose ‘Click and Collect’ from the left hand menu.

STEP THREE
Choose date and session time, and type of booking (i.e. loan, return or loan and return)

STEP FOUR
Select your toys (by either the list or toy pictures)

STEP FIVE
Once your toys are in your basket, confirm by selecting ‘Clicking to finalise your selection’ (NB: your booking has not been confirmed until you complete this step).

STEP SIX
See your confirmation? You’re all done! Get excited!
All orders must be in 48 hours before the booked session. We are only offering this service during lockdown, and it will be operated through the side door. Please do not use the glass door entrance.
